We are pleased to invite you to the E.D.S.F. General Assembly 2011, on 23rd and 24th of June to Madrid ? hosted by our member TECNIFUEGO-AESPI.After last years General Assembly in Stuttgart which has been the "new start" for the E.D.S.F. activities we would like to inform you now about the E.D.S.F. work and especially the interesting results from our Working Groups "Sustainability & Energy" and "Service & Maintenance". Beside several other important topics for E.D.S.F. we would like to discuss the start of a new Working Group "Fire & Smoke". In preparation of the upcoming fire & smoke standards ? like the prEN 16034 ? we are convinced that new synergies could be found with this working group for our members. Additionally to the official General Assembly we will have an interesting guest speaker who could give us an economic overview and the possible impact on the door and gate industry.
That E.D.S.F. is on the right track shows our several new members which joined the E.D.S.F. since last year. So we are looking forward to welcome all interested associations and manufacturers to our General Assembly to use the possibility to meet the European door and gate branch. The agenda for the General Assembly is attached to this invitation - please let us know in advance, if you have important points to ad to the agenda or draft papers / slides to discuss during the General Assembly.
