Friday, 22. October 2010 - New members Czech Republic and Netherlands are on board
For the first time in the history of E.D.S.F. European Door and Shutter Federation e.V. the association could welcome with TOORS from the Czech Republic a member from the eastern European countries.TOORS CZ s.r.o. (http://www.toors.info) is a specialist for high speed and sectional doors and a part of a multinational holding that is a total supplier of a large range of products and systems for logistic centres. From the year 2000 TOORS has been oriented for development, production and wholesale business of door technique. TOORS supply their products also over the European boarders.
Additionally E.D.S.F. could welcome a member of the Netherlands. With the representatives of Crawford Holland which belongs to the Crawford Group (http://www.crawfordsolutions.com) a leading international provider of door and logistics solutions could become a member of E.D.S.F.. Crawford is focusing on a responsive and reliable service, because they have built the most extensive service organisation in the industry, with over 1000 skilled Crawford service
engineers who are ready to provide scheduled preventive maintenance as well as urgent repairs or upgrades. The Crawford Group is part of the listed Swedish international industrial group Cardo.
With these new members E.D.S.F. grows up to 15 members of 9 European countries. This positive development shows that E.D.S.F. has set on the right topics with "Service" and "Sustainability" to find a common approach for the European door and gate branch. Other country associations and companies raised their interest to work also within the E.D.S.F. in the future.
